Pete Hoeven.. the deaf musician
December 17, 1770: Ludwig van Beethoven was born in Bonn, a German composer and pianist, considered one of the greatest and most influential music geniuses of all times. He created immortal musical works, and was also credited with developing classical music. His compositions include 9 symphonies, 5 piano and violin pieces, 32 piano sonatas, and 16 string quartets; And many more.. His musical talent appeared at an early age. Beethoven studied music with Mozart, and moved to Vienna in 1792, where he remained until his death. He studied there with Haydn. In 1800 his hearing began to deteriorate, and by the last decade of his life he had become completely deaf, but this deafness did not prevent him from continuing his writing career, as he composed one of his most famous works at that period. Died in 1827.
