Mask is trying to get rid of the worst habit..and you also practice it without realizing

Despite being a billionaire with plans to colonize Mars, Elon Musk has simpler daily goals.
In a recent interview with the Full Send Podcast, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX said he checks his phone first thing in the morning, which he thinks may be harmful to his health.

Musk called his morning behavior a bad habit, which I share with a lot of people — checking my phone right away [in the morning].

Musk, who previously told German car magazine Auto Bild that he spends the first 30 minutes of every day checking emails, said he now wants to replace that habit with exercise.

He added: “I need to exercise and be in better shape. So, I'll go from looking at my phone right away as soon as I wake up to exercising for at least 20 minutes, and then I'll look at my phone.”
According to the results of a study conducted by IDC Research, nearly 80% of smartphone users check their phones within the first 15 minutes of waking up.
And your replacement routine is likely to be healthier, as research suggests that morning and early exercise may improve productivity as well. And in 2019, a study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found that daily moderate morning exercise improved participants' short-term memory, attention, and decision-making.
Musk, who usually sleeps around 3 a.m. and wakes up by 9:30 a.m., said his smartphone habit generated a bit of anxiety.
“I run SpaceX and Tesla, so there are usually emergencies that happen overnight,” he said on the podcast.
