After circulating a rumor that the use of chicken stock cubes in food causes cancer, the Food and Drug Authority in Saudi Arabia resolved this controversy.

She also clarified that the main component of this element is sodium glutamate salt, which is considered one of the food additives allowed according to the Saudi technical regulations.
