This is one of the main reasons why pediatricians and dermatologists discourage daily baths for children because in the long run it reduces the ability of the immune system to do its job.
The water we clean ourselves with contains salts, heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, pesticides, and other chemicals, which can lead to other health problems.
In this context, experts confirmed that showering two to three times a week is sufficient to get rid of the dirt in the body.
