White bread causes clots and other foods that threaten your life

White bread causes clots.. Food that threatens your life you cannot imagine.. Usually deep venous thrombosis (DVT) occurs when a blood clot occurs in one or more of the deep veins in the body, usually in the legs. This condition becomes fatal if the clot breaks off and travels through the bloodstream. As with all medical conditions, prevention is better than cure, especially for high-risk patients.
And researchers warned that there are foods that contribute to the accumulation of plaque in the arteries that may also expose the body to other diseases through inflammation. These infections can, over time, begin to interfere with the body's blood-clotting mechanisms and pave the way for deep vein thrombosis.

According to WebMD, inflammation is the way to heal cell damage from random invaders in the body.
Certain foods can cause long-term inflammation, and may lead to serious illness in the body. This, in turn, may "prevent the blood from moving properly," or prevent its ability to clot, the health website explains.

Essentially, it's the same foods that cause plaque buildup in blood vessels that can increase your risk of DVT.
Therefore, experts advise anyone who wants to reduce the risk of developing DVT to stay away from the following foods:
Refined or processed foods, such as white bread, white rice, prepackaged foods, fast food, pastries, biscuits, and french fries.
* Soft drinks and other sugary drinks.
* sweets.
* Trans fats, such as margarine.
*Red and processed meat.

For red and processed meat and trans fats, some research has found that the risk is greater for women than for men. This was the result of a study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology.

Research also indicates that high glucose not only presents an opportunity for blood clots to form, but also reduces the body's ability to naturally dissolve these clots.
Processed foods work in a similar way due to their high salt content, by putting stress on the heart, and high-sodium diets can cause problems with how blood flows and clots.
