How do you communicate with your subconscious mind?

1- More than meditation: it purifies the soul, reaches you inside and removes the fog about you, and when you clear, the answers you are looking for will come to you.

2- Leave everything as it is: the questions inside you, the pending problems, the incomplete assignments.
To have a clearer mind and be able to listen to your inner voice that brings you satisfactory answers, but do not confuse the inner voice with emotions
An inner voice is a feeling that comes and goes suddenly
As for the emotions, they stay with you and try to attract you towards them

3- Do not rush the answers: it is the biggest obstacle that prevents us from the cosmic signals and thus prevents us from getting the appropriate answers.

4- Believe in your first impression: it often gets right, and it rarely makes mistakes
This does not mean that you pass judgments on everything.. but that you should be wary of matters that there is something that rejects it or that a voice within you warns you about it, especially at your first impression of it.. and the first impression comes from intuition.

5- Be ready for the signs of the universe: there are things that are repeated to you more than once, a surprising gift that comes to you, when you hear a story, you find a book in which there is a lesson remember that they are cosmic signs that did not happen by chance.. and everything has a meaning
