2- Pay attention to facial expressions:

Some of the expressions that we use constantly create early wrinkles on our faces, such as furrowing the eyebrows, excessive smiling, or narrowing our eyes while reading... Reducing the use of these expressions is a way to delay the appearance of wrinkles. It is also recommended to use sunglasses when leaving the house, as they contribute to the appearance of wrinkles. 3- Adopt a diet rich in antioxidants:

Eating foods rich in antioxidants helps fight free radicals and delay the appearance of wrinkles. It is recommended to focus on eating cabbage, tomatoes, beets, cherries, apricots and green tea, in addition to foods rich in omega 3 and 6 (they are the fats that maintain healthy arteries and skin elasticity). You can find it in spinach, avocado, and fatty fish like salmon, tuna, and mackerel.

4- Exfoliate the skin once a week:

The skin is exposed to the expansion of its pores and loss of elasticity over time. Adopting a weekly exfoliation helps rid them of dead cells and impurities accumulated on their surface, which helps in deep cleaning and highlighting their radiance, as well as delaying the appearance of their wrinkles. It is recommended to choose a soft exfoliating product that is not harsh on the skin.

Smoking accelerates the natural mechanism of skin aging, due to the harmful effect of nicotine on health in general and the skin in particular. Intensive moisturizing of the skin plays a role in smoothing it and maintaining its softness. Therefore, it is recommended to use a moisturizing cream morning and evening, and choose it in a rich formula in the case of dry and lifeless skin. You can also use double moisturizing morning and evening after cleansing the skin. This is done by applying a first layer of moisturizer to the skin, then waiting for about 10 minutes before applying another layer of it. This step will provide the skin with an additional dose of hydration to maintain its vitality.

7- Drink enough water:

Drinking one and a half or two liters of water daily helps cleanse the body of toxins, and it also protects the skin from losing its vitality and freshness, and prevents the appearance of early wrinkles on it.

8- Get enough sleep:

Numerous studies have revealed that a lack of sleep speeds up the aging of the skin. Therefore, it is advised that sleep should not be less than 8 hours per day, and adhere as much as possible to specific times for going to bed at night and waking up in the morning. Hours of sleep help improve the skin's ability to repair itself and recover from external aggressions. It also contributes to improving its elasticity and delaying the appearance of fine lines on it.

9- Do facial exercises:

These exercises tighten the facial muscles and maintain the suppleness of the skin. They also have a preventive role that delays the appearance of wrinkles. One of the easiest and most effective exercises is to repeat the set of letters A, E, I, O, U, Y ten times in a row.

Another useful exercise in this area is the rotation exercise, which is performed while standing while keeping a straight back and looking into the distance while moving the head to the right and pausing for a few seconds before returning to the basic position, then moving it to the left and pausing for a few seconds. It is recommended to repeat this exercise 30 times.
