To overcome the thirst that you feel during fasting, doctors and nutrition experts offer some simple tips that will make you get rid of the feeling of thirst completely during the day in the holy month.. These include:

1- Eating yogurt at Suhoor, as it moisturizes the body, so it does not make you feel thirsty the next day, in addition to that it works to strengthen the immune system.

2- Not consuming caffeine during the Suhoor meal, and eating natural juices that contain a small percentage of sugar, such as watermelon that contains a large percentage of water.

3- Paying attention to eating vegetables at Suhoor, especially cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce, which hydrate the body and protect it from dehydration and thirst during fasting.

4- Not to eat foods that contain high sugars or high salinity to avoid feeling thirsty during fasting the next day.

5- Be sure to take a cold bath while fasting, as this helps to hydrate the body and protect it from extreme thirst
