Many suffer from excessive thinness and malnutrition, and the matter increases due to fasting because they do not eat enough and healthy food after breakfast, but here is the healthy Suhoor that guarantees an increase in weight and obtaining sufficient benefit and is taken as a snack on normal days.
It contains 600 calories and does not require any effort.

The recipe is:

1- cup of cow's milk
2- Add three tablespoons of whole milk to it
3- Two tablespoons of honey
4-10 almonds
5-3 walnuts
6- medium banana
Mix these ingredients in the blender, and you can add ice cubes as desired, or a small piece of chocolate or cocoa, and you can sweeten it with condensed milk to increase calories.
Eat with this mixture 3 dates to get the most important integrated nutrients and the greatest benefit.
