How do you affect people's minds?

We all have a strong drive to be loved among people and to have the power to influence their minds, so what makes some people have a greater influence on those around them than others?

Choosing the right time to compliment without hypocrisy is one of the most successful steps that make you influential. Courtesy leads to stimulating certain places in the brain, leading to better performance, and your association with happy moments that they feel.

2 Repeat their words:

The repetition of certain words from people's words, means that you were interested while talking to you, which means similar interest from them in your words, this leads to more confidence between the communicating parties.

3 Ask for more than you really need.

This method is very effective, especially in job interviews, when the person in charge of the interview asks you to specify the amount you want, ask for more than you need, then he will refuse, and you can reduce the amount to the rate that satisfies you, and often he will agree because he will feel guilty for his initial refusal.

4 Use people's names when talking to them.

People, without exception, love to hear their names, because this makes them feel that their interlocutor is appreciated, and he uses names because they matter to him.
