• White bread, pasta and potatoes quickly turn into sugar in the circulatory system. This sugar makes the collagen and elastin in the skin less flexible, which reflects looseness in the skin. Therefore, it is best to focus on eating fresh vegetables and fruits, as they are rich in vitamins, nutritional minerals and antioxidants that maintain skin youth for as long as possible.
