Extra virgin olive oil also acts as a lubricant, meaning it keeps joints gliding smoothly and protects the cartilage from wear. It helps people with osteoporosis. It is advised that when using virgin olive oil in cooking, consideration should be given to maintaining low temperatures (less than 410 degrees) so that its taste does not change, knowing that it does not lose its many benefits when cooking.

7- Chili pepper

It can be used as sprays, as the substance that gives hot peppers its heat is well known for its analgesic properties and is used in the manufacture of some creams to treat skin inflammation. Some research suggests that eating hot peppers reduces and prevents inflammation as well. Some experts explain that the old reason for the benefit of hot pepper is that the “burning” condition caused by eating it causes the brain to send a signal to the nervous system to release endorphins, which prevents the emergence of pain signals.

8- Mint

Peppermint oil relieves the painful cramps, gas, and bloating that are hallmarks of irritable bowel syndrome. As for peppermint tea, it is a good sedative for a few symptoms. And old medical encyclopedias mention that early research has proven the effectiveness of tea with Brazilian mint (made from the Hyptnis crenata plant) and is dispensed as a prescription pain reliever.
