Indian lawyer files a case against Prince Harry to force him to marry her
Last April, a strange case was brought by the Indian lawyer, Balwinder Kaur, a lawsuit against Prince Harry, alleging that the latter had proposed to her but did not keep his promise.
In the details, Kaur stated in the documents she submitted to the Supreme Court in Punjab and Haryana, India, that Prince Harry communicated with her through social media and that after a while, he proposed to her.
Kaur has called on the Indian authorities to issue an international arrest warrant for Prince Harry so that the police and the United Kingdom can arrest him and he may be forced to fulfill his promise to marry without any further delay.
The court rejected the request, citing the lack of evidence that she had spoken with Prince Harry and warned her of the dangers of fake profiles on social media that could not be relied upon.
Kaur admitted to the judge that she had not visited Britain or met Prince Harry in person, and that all contacts were via e-mail and social networking sites.
She said she went to court after writing to Prince Harry's father telling him that his son had been engaged to her and had not kept his promise to marry her.
