Tricks to reveal the liar in your life!!!

Enough deception and lies, for you will not tolerate liars in your life, but how do you know a liar person from the truthful, when some of us have doubts about what some people say, and between the desire not to misthink and deny the other, and between the keenness to be certain of the truth and the truthfulness of what the other tells Some people make an effort that should not be wasted, especially as the results of a new scientific study indicate that the possibility of detecting liars is more difficult than some of us imagine, especially if the liar avoids making the famous and usual signs when someone lies.

According to the British newspaper, “Daily Mail”, a study conducted by the University of Edinburgh found that people who tell a simple lie know how to hide signs and signals that may reveal their lies, such as avoiding eye contact or showing a sense of boredom to confuse the attention of others.

Study lead author Dr. Martin Corley says: “The results indicate that people have strong preconceptions about behavior related to lying, and people act almost instinctively according to these preconceptions when listening to others. But these signals are not necessarily issued when lying, perhaps because the person lying is trying to suppress these signals and gestures.”

Dr. Cooley explains that he and his research team used an interactive game to search for treasure, with the participation of 24 pairs of players, to assess the types of speech and gestures that people make when they lie, on the one hand, and on the other hand, they analyzed how the listener interprets how true or false the speech is.

The researchers monitored 19 signs of lying, such as pauses in sentences and eyebrow movement, and these signals were used as a way to detect whether one participant was lying to the other.

The researchers reported that they observed that the receiving listener makes judgments about whether someone is telling the truth or is lying, within a few hundredths of a second, just by detecting a gesture or sign of it, or when the person who is lying repeatedly repeats words or murmurs such as: “Umm” or “Uh,” or they repeat words unnecessarily or they correct themselves halfway, during a sentence.

The researchers of the study, whose details were published in the scientific journal Cognition, explain that other signs of lying include the following:
• Fill in the periods of silence
• Restart a conversation
Sentence lengthening
• Head, hand, or shoulder movements
• Smiling or laughing

However, researchers believe that liars make a conscious effort to master the lie by avoiding these gestures and movements, such as trying to make the face appear rigid or neutral and avoiding any movements that have no explanation in body language.

The researchers believe that these findings could open the door for more scientific research into how to detect deception and lies.
