The son of a famous businessman was referred to the prosecution after he killed an engineer by running over

The Egyptian Public Prosecution decided to refer the son of a famous businessman to the criminal court on charges of running over an Egyptian engineer.

Today, Saturday, the Red Sea Prosecution ordered the referral of the accused, Haitham Kamel Abu Ali, to the Criminal Court, accusing him of possessing drugs with intent to use, and causing him to be negligent, careless, lack of caution and failure to observe laws and regulations in the killing of engineer Iskandar Ishaq if he was driving his car under the influence of drugs.

The prosecution revealed that the accused was driving his car in the opposite direction, in a dangerous situation, which was revealed and confirmed by five witnesses, while the health report confirmed that the son of the businessman had taken drugs.

Eyewitnesses had previously revealed to the Western News Agency that the businessman's son ran over the engineer upon her return from a work assignment in the city of Hurghada in the Red Sea Governorate.

It turned out that the engineer, who resides in Cairo, had traveled to the tourist city last Friday to complete a work assignment for her, where she works in the field of decoration and designs, and on her way back to the hotel she was run over by a car traveling at a crazy speed that was coming in the opposite direction.
