The fastest ruling in the history of Egypt is the execution of the killer of Naira Ashraf and transferring his papers to the Mufti

In one of the fastest criminal cases in the history of the Egyptian judiciary, spent Mansoura Criminal Court, executed Naira Ashraf’s murderer, accused Mohamed Adel, a few days after the beheading of his fellow student at Mansoura University, Naira Ashraf.

And it ordered that the papers of the student, Mohamed Adel, accused of killing his colleague Naira Ashraf, a student at Mansoura University, be referred to the Mufti of the Republic in Egypt to take the legal opinion on his execution on charges of premeditated murder.

This came, after the session was held under the chairmanship of Counselor Bahaa El-Din Al-Marri, President of the Court, and the membership of each of the advisers: Saeed Al-Samadouni, Muhammad Al-Sharnoubi, Hisham Ghaith, the Secretariat of Muhammad Jamal, and Mahmoud Abdel-Razek.

Counselor Hamada Al-Sawy, the Public Prosecutor, had decided to refer the accused of killing the student, Naira Ashraf, to the competent criminal court, only 48 hours after the incident was committed.
