Six natural recipes to get rid of chapped hands and moisturize them

1- Olive oil:

2- Shea Butter:

Shea butter is a natural ingredient that is highly effective in fighting dry skin. It protects her, moisturizes her, treats her problems, and reduces the stretch marks that appear on her.

It is enough to take a small amount of this butter and heat it between the palms of the hands and then massage the entire hands with it from the tips of the fingers down to the wrists. You can repeat the use of shea butter whenever you feel that the skin of your hands has become dry.

3- Egg and Honey Balm:

This mixture has a magical effect in the field of moisturizing hands. It is enough to mix two teaspoons of honey, one teaspoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of lemon juice, and one egg yolk. Apply this nourishing mask to the skin of the hands and leave it for 20 minutes. After removing it, you will notice that the skin of the hands has regained its softness and suppleness.

4- Oat flakes:

Oat flakes are an ideal treatment for dehydrated skin, as it is characterized by its softening and restorative effect on the skin of the face, body and hands. It is enough to mix oat flakes with a little liquid milk to obtain a paste that is applied to the skin of the hands and then massaged well before removing it with a damp towel and drying the hands well.

5- Vaseline:

Vaseline has moisturizing properties, which makes it ideal for treating dry skin on the hands. Cover your hands with a layer of Vaseline and wear plastic gloves or cover your hands with nylon paper and wait for a quarter of an hour to allow the Vaseline to penetrate deep into the skin and moisturize it from the inside and outside. 6- Coconut oil:

This oil is rich in vitamins A and E in addition to fatty acids, which makes it ideal for the care of dry and dehydrated hands. This natural moisturizing treatment can be used several times a day by massaging the hands with a little coconut oil until it penetrates deep into the skin, giving it super softness and a smart scent.
