According to what was published by the Times of India, there are simple and quick steps that one can implement in their daily routine and practice when they have only five minutes to develop a better life for themselves, as follows:

1. Family arrangement
Making the bed in the morning gives a feeling of accomplishment at the beginning of the day. Happiness can lie in simply succeeding in achieving a series of small accomplishments.
2. Light physical training
A five-minute gentle workout makes a big difference when a person wants to stay on track with their fitness goals on those busy days. Of course, each person's preferred sequence can be repeated as many times as desired. Either way, a five-minute workout can work wonders when a person doesn't have time for a full workout.
3. Prepare a to-do list
Before a person starts his day, he can make a to-do list and plan his day. Practicing this habit effectively will help a person stay organized, increase productivity, and reduce stress.
