Counselor Hamada El-Sawy, the Attorney General, in Egypt, revealed the details of a heinous crime that shook the feelings of the Arab world, and made a bang on the communication sites.

The wife's family also asked the husband to end the divorce procedures and grant their daughter her legal and financial rights, but the husband tried to evade those obligations, and his thinking guided him to a diabolical ploy to divorce his wife and clear him of her financial and legal rights.

He asked a worker who works in a clothing store that he owns, to disguise, wear the niqab, enter the apartment, rape his wife and arrange a sexual scandal for her so that he can divorce her without granting her her rights.

The worker did what the husband requested, and when he tried to rape the wife, she resisted him and killed her. The security services arrested him and he confessed in detail to his crime.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Public Prosecutor said that she had begun investigations into the killing of the victim, Iman Hassan Adel Talkha, and had ordered the detention of her husband and a worker with him in precaution, accusing them of killing her.

He stated that the monitoring unit monitored several demands from the pioneers of social networking sites for retribution for the victim from her husband and another for accusing them of killing her because the husband wanted to get rid of her, and circulated a video clip attributed to the killer wearing a niqab while he was on his way to commit his crime.

In addition, the investigations of the Public Prosecution revealed that due to permanent marital disputes between the victim and her husband, and the husband’s family rejected his desire to divorce her, he thought of fabricating an incident that would prejudice her honor to end his relationship with her. She suffers from bouts of shortness of breath and fainting, which prevent her from resisting; In the meantime, he would appear, pretending to seize her in this disorderly condition, and end his relationship with her, in return for a cash sum agreed to be presented to the killer.

The prosecution inspected the scene of the accident, and an examination of the victim's body revealed traces of her neck and a wound on her face.

The two accused also confessed to the details of the crime and the prosecution decided to imprison them, in preparation for referring them to trial.
