Dark circles under the eyes usually occur as a result of fatigue. 1. Vitamin C

Vitamin C helps in collagen production and leads to lightening of skin tone. Citrus fruits, strawberries, kiwi and bell peppers are among the good sources of Vitamin C.

2. Vitamin K

It aids in blood clotting and can help reduce the appearance of dark circles caused by damaged microvascular vessels. Green leafy vegetables and broccoli are natural sources rich in vitamin K.

3. Vitamin E

Vitamin E protects skin from damage and helps maintain its elasticity. Adequate amounts of vitamin E can be obtained by eating nuts, seeds, spinach, and avocados.

4. Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 helps in the production of red blood cells, which improves the appearance of dark circles caused by anemia. Sources of vitamin B12 include animal products such as fish, meat and dairy products.

5. Iron

Iron is essential for healthy circulation and the prevention of anemia. Iron-rich foods include red meat, beans, spinach, and fortified cereals.

6. Omega-3

7. Zinc
