The news of Khloe Kardashian's cancer, caused a lot of controversy after the latter announced that she had undergone emergency surgery on her face and recounted painful details of what happened.

Khloe said she went to the doctor for a biopsy after noticing small scars on her face 7 months ago.

She indicated that the dermatologist examined her face, then underwent two biopsies, which led to the doctors telling her that she needed an immediate operation to remove the tumor from her face.

She confirmed that Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher performed the operation for her, stressing that everything seems fine now and she is recovering.

Sources told TMZ that if a kidney's face is not examined, the tumor may turn into a full-blown cancer, although it is impossible to predict when this will occur.

Chloe has previously stated that she surgically removed the tumor from her back when she was 19, and now she will likely have a scar on her face when she is able to take off the bandages that were placed on her face.
