Do something to make your day happy
1- Take 10 to 30 minutes of your time to walk smiling.
2- Sit silent for 10 minutes a day
3- Get 7 hours of sleep each day
4- Live your life with three things: energy, optimism and passion
5- Play fun games every day
6. Read more books than you did last year
7- Set aside time for spiritual nourishment: prayer, glorification, recitation
8- Spend time with people over the age of 70, and others under the age of 6.
9- Dream more while you are awake
10- Eat more natural foods, and eat canned foods more
11- Drink plenty of water
12- Try to make 3 people smile daily
13- Don't waste your precious time gossiping
