An ophthalmologist recommended these exercises, and they deserve to be practiced by each of us who spend hours at his desk staring at the computer screen. He called them the 20-20-20 exercises:
The first step: Whenever twenty minutes pass from looking at the phone or computer screen, turn your head away from the device and focus on looking at something that is at least 6 meters away from you. This changes the focal length of the eye lens and is necessary for the stressed eye.
The second step: Close the eyes and open them in rapid succession for twenty consecutive times, in order to moisturize them.
The third step: according to the widening of your time, walk twenty steps, after every twenty minutes of sitting in one position, this exercise helps to stimulate blood circulation for the entire body.
