A journalist announces that she was infected with Corona, despite receiving two doses of the vaccine

Despite receiving two doses of the anti-Corona vaccine, the Syrian media, Lynn Abu Shaar, was infected with the emerging virus.

And the media, Abu Shaar, stated on her platform on “Instagram” yesterday, Tuesday: “Unfortunately, I did not catch up with immunity after the second dose of the vaccine. I was immediately infected with Covid-19.”

And she added, "According to the doctor, the body needs at least two weeks to form immunity and benefit from the vaccine."

She also regretted that she had not taken the vaccine before, and advised everyone not to delay receiving it.

To that, she attached her comment with pictures from the hospital, and concluded by saying: "Today is better than the two days that have passed, and I have corrected a little. I loved your reassurance and thank you for your prayers in advance."

It is noteworthy that Lynn Abu Shaar is a Syrian journalist residing in the UAE. She began her media career in 2010, and moved to the "mbc" channel since 2016, and participated in presenting the "Echo of the stadiums" program. She is currently presenting the sports segment on the “Good Morning Arabs” program.
