The British Royal Palace issues its statement after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's meeting with Uber Winfrey

The British Royal Palace issued a statement on Queen Elizabeth, two days after the stormy interview of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with presenter Oprah Winfrey. 

"The entire family is saddened to know how challenging Harry and Meghan have faced in the past years," the statement said.

“The issues raised, particularly those related to race, are of concern. While some memories may differ, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family but not publicly.”

The statement concluded: "Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be very beloved members of the family."
