The American judiciary fines Melhem Zain huge sums

The US Federal Court in California and Florida ruled in favor of Petra Company and its owner, artistic contractor Ibrahim Karadsheh, in large amounts as a result of the losses incurred by the company due to breaching the agreement with the management of the works of the Lebanese artist Melhem Zain. From the American states, and the company complied with all the terms of the agreement and obtained a visa for the artist Melhem Zain and his band, to be surprising after the US government granted visas to the band members, but the artist Melhem Zain turned out to be prohibited from entering American lands for security reasons.

Petra has also submitted an application for a visa more than once to avoid the heavy losses that the company will suffer, especially as it has booked the halls in addition to the audio and advertising company that accompanies the parties held by the company, as well as the payment that was paid upon concluding the agreement, so that the refusal was repeated and Melhem Zain was not granted Entry visa to the US territory.
