The legal advisor confirmed that “Waked and Abul-Naga lacked the condition of good conduct and reputation, as stipulated by Article 6 in Clause 3, because they had previously been accused in terrorism cases and joining a terrorist group, in addition to their appearance at a hearing in the US Congress under the so-called Egyptian Platform for Human Rights without authorization from the The Egyptian state, as well as they are strengthened abroad, and undermine Egypt’s destiny.”
