Elissa announced a first-of-its-kind collaboration between an Arab artist and Twitter, which is a miniature sketch for the cover of her new album.

“She has an opinion” (as the attached image indicates), which is known as the hashflag on the site.

And Elissa tweeted: “You can use the hashtag of the new album, “Her Opinion,” 3 days before its release, to get the album’s “hashflag.”
