French Queen Marie Antoinette's shoes sold at auction
The shoes of the Queen of France, Marie Antoinette, sold for more than 40 euros at an auction in Paris. The length of the white shoes is 22.5 centimeters, and a third of it is covered with silk, while the back is made of goatskin. It is believed that the Queen's maid gave the shoes to her friend, and after her death, her family preserved them since the end of the 18th century.
