Bitar confirmed through a video clip that she would not allow the use of mediation, money and fame to obscure the truth, and said: "As an Arab citizen, I do not allow anyone to license the blood of another person, regardless of his influence, fame and money, and we are waiting for the forensic report."

She also wrote in another tweet: “The case of Muhammad Al-Mousa has taken its sufficient media dimension, but matters have reached limits that do not serve the confidentiality of the investigation and are not consistent with the integrity of the judiciary. The Syrian lawyer also clarified in press statements that the forensic report that was recently issued to Al-Mousa is still in the department of Nicolas Mansour, adding that the body has been released, but they have not received it so far, and they are waiting for some approvals and administrative procedures to receive it and bury it in Syria.
She emphasized that the second and final medical report issued last Monday revealed that the number of shots that Muhammad Al-Mousa was exposed to amounted to 30, which contradicts the first report that stated that the number of shots was 23.

The lawyer appealed to the Syrian embassy in Lebanon to help it expedite the certification of the official and private end-of-life certificate for Musa in preparation for the body to leave the hospital and transfer it to his country, after the approval of the Lebanese investigative judge Nicolas Mansour.
