1- If you feel sad, enter a place where there are happy people and notice the impact on you, their energy will raise your energy.

5- Meditation is an important stage that a person must reach, even for once in his life, and it is a stage that all the prophets and messengers have gone through.

The removal of negative energies 

1- Walking on the dirt barefoot twice a week at night, especially on lunar nights.

2- Play sports to burn negative energy.

3- Take a bath with sea water or take a salt bath

4- Practicing all kinds of hobbies such as drawing and reading

5- Relaxation of all kinds in comfortable places.
