Pavilion for Palestine at Cannes Film Festival

At the Cannes Film Festival, the Global Film Village celebrated the Palestine Pavilion, which is being held for the first time alongside the world's film-producing countries, which constitutes an opportunity to promote Palestinian cinema through the presence of major film companies participating in the festival.
Palestinian director Rashid Abdullah said that the presence of a pavilion for Palestine in was very important, as it is important that we have a body that represents Palestinian cinema and establish contacts and relations, and 40 to 50 Palestinian directors will meet in the middle of the festival.
