He continued in a voice dominated by sadness: "Praise be to God for God's judgment and destiny. My daughter Noura cannot describe to you my feelings towards her. She had a clear mind despite her young age, as she is 9 years old," while her mother was unable to speak to us from the severity of sadness.

The tragedy is greater than words

The father recounted the moments of seeing his daughter under the wheels of the chariots, saying: “The tragedy is greater than words, and oppression is greater than any feelings. With me, they carried her.” He explained that after the accident, he moved with his 10 children, consisting of 4 boys and 6 girls, to his father’s house in Al-Harja, as Noura was the 11th child.

And about the incident: “The Abuse Committee came to us, and asked us to evacuate immediately without giving us the opportunity to collect our belongings, and it demolished the yard in which we were living, and after we got in the car and inspected the children, we found that Noura was not present, so I informed the police about the loss of my daughter, and we went back to the site to find her. Under the wheels of the shovel who was carrying out the demolition, amid the astonishment of all those present from the relevant committee formed by the police, the governorate, and the municipality.”

He also added: "So far, Noura is still in the mortuary until the investigation is completed, and we are satisfied with God's judgment and ability, and our rational government will take our right from the culprit."

It is worth noting that Attorney General Saud Al-Mojeb issued a directive to initiate investigation procedures regarding the circumstances of the death of the girl, Noura, during the implementation of the removal of the violations in Al-Harajah Governorate, south of the Asir region, to determine the circumstances and repercussions of that incident, and to conduct a medical examination of the body by forensic medicine to determine the cause of death.

While the media spokesperson for the Asir region, Sultan Al-Ahmari, stated that it is a reference to what was circulated on social media about the death of a girl during the implementation of the removal of abuse in the governorate of Al-Harajah, south of the Asir region, the Emirate of the Asir region extends its sincere condolences and sympathy to the girl’s father and her family, may God have mercy on her and their best condolences.

Prince Turki bin Talal, the governor of the Asir region, also directed the Public Prosecution branch in the region to monitor all the circumstances of the incident, investigate all concerned parties, and notify the outcome of the investigations, while the bereaved family is transferred to a decent home until the investigation procedures are completed, and the emirate will issue a supplementary statement to announce the details with accuracy. and clarity.
