A large fire broke out inside a shopping mall in the center of the Lebanese capital, Beirut, without knowing the reasons.
Activists circulated a video of the burning building, and heard the sound of civil defense vehicles, which in turn declared control of the fire hours after it broke out.
The building belongs to the international fashion company AISHTI, designed by the late Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid, and is considered one of her latest designs. It was known that the budget for the design of the project, which has not yet been completed, is $40 million.
