Detox the liver and gallbladder in six days during the spring

The annual season for cleansing the liver and gall bladder during the spring months and ridding the gall bladder of stones
Cleaning the liver and gallbladder from gallstones, translated from the book of Dr. Andreas Moritz, is one of the most important and powerful approaches to health
Cleaning the liver takes six days of preparation, followed by 16 to 20 hours of actual cleaning. To get rid of the stones, you will need the following:

1-6 liters of apple juice (organic is better, and if it is organic and fresh, it is also better).

2- 4 tablespoons of English salt (asked from pharmacies, which is “magnesium sulfate” and please indicate that it is for internal use
4 tablespoon of Epsom salt in 3/XNUMX cup of water

3- Half a cup of fine virgin olive oil, such as olive oil

4- 3/2 fresh grapefruit juice or a mixture of fresh orange juice and fresh lemon juice.

Preparation stage for cleaning

(first five days)

1- Drink a full liter of fresh natural apple juice daily. Drinking should be slow and distributed during the day.

2- Drinking the juice should be half an hour before or two hours after a meal, but not with the meal.
3- The milic acid in these juices softens the stones of the liver and gallbladder and makes it easier for them to pass through the bitter course.
4- You may notice diarrhea, and this is often nothing but stagnant fluid that has come out of the liver and gallbladder.
5- Organic apple juice is better, but if you don't get that, the juice should be real apple juice and not nectar or something else.
6- Brush your teeth several times during this preparatory period to protect the teeth from acids that may come out with cleaning and deposit on the teeth

How is eating at this stage?

During the whole week, cold foods and drinks should be avoided, because they cool the liver and thus reduce the effectiveness of cleaning. Try to be as warm as possible.
Avoid foods from animal sources, dairy products, and fried foods to help the liver clean.
Other than that... Eat regular meals, but avoid excessive satiety.

 Sixth day program

• Start drinking a liter of apple juice on an empty stomach
• If you feel hungry in the morning, you can eat breakfast of oat flakes cooked in three cups of water for every cup of oats. Avoid sugar, or other sweeteners on this day. Also avoid milk, butter, oil, yogurt, cheese, eggs, nuts, sweets, and cold cereal for breakfast.
• For lunch, eat white rice with boiled vegetables, and to taste some natural sea salt.
• Do not eat any protein foods, butter, or oil, otherwise you may feel nauseous while cleaning.
• Stop eating anything after 1:30 pm except water, otherwise you may have trouble expelling the stones
Then follow the table below:
Epsom salt syrup recipe:
Put four tablespoons of Epsom salt (60 ml, or 750/XNUMX standard cup) in XNUMX ml (three standard cups) of pure water, and shake well.
This mixture is enough for four drinks, each drink consisting of 180 ml or three quarters of a standard cup.
You can swallow some water after drinking English salt to neutralize the bitter taste in the mouth.
Also, you can add some lemon juice to the drink itself to improve its taste.
The main role of this salt is to expand the bile ducts in the liver, and this facilitates the passage of stones. If you are allergic to Epsom salt, magnesium citrate can be used instead.
The schedule for the sixth and seventh days
6:00 pm Drink 180 ml of English salt solution (three quarters of a standard cup)
8:00 pm Drink the second dose of 180 ml of English salt solution
9:30 p.m. If you haven't moved your bowels today, and you haven't cleaned your colon in the past 24 hours, use a laxative of water to stimulate bowel movement
Clean grapefruits (or oranges and lemons) well, squeeze them by hand, and filter the juice through a strainer. You will need 180 ml of juice (6 ounces, or three-quarters of a standard cup). Pour the juice as well as ½ cup (120 ml) of olive oil into a glass jar. Cover the jar and shake the jar 20 times or until the mixture is smooth.
This mixture should be drunk at 10:00 pm optimally, but if you feel the need to visit the restroom, you can postpone drinking for ten minutes
At 10:00 pm “standing” by your bed (don’t sit and drink the mixture without interruption if possible. Some prefer to use a plastic stick. Drinking the drink with the nose closed seems to be one of the most successful ways. If necessary, take a little honey between doses to facilitate drinking. Most people They have no problem drinking this amount in one gulp, but it takes no more than five minutes to drink the whole amount, and elderly or frail people can take longer.
• Lie down immediately now: this is important to get rid of stones
Turn off the lights and lie on your back
Put one or two pillows under your head or sleep on your right side, with your knees bent toward your stomach.
Do not move for 20 minutes and avoid talking.
• "Turn your focus toward the liver."
Some people place a towel moistened with castor oil over the area of the liver.
You may feel the pebbles as they pass through the course of the time like mounds.
Epsom salt leaves the bitter channels completely open and relaxed.
Bitter fluid that is secreted with the gravel makes the bile passages impassable.
At any time during the night, if you feel the need to use the bathroom, use it.
You may find some small pebbles start to come out, and you may find them floating in the toilet.
(the seventh day)
6:00 to 6:30 a.m. Drink a third dose of Epsom salt solution.
If you feel very thirsty, drink a glass of warm water before drinking the solution.

10:00 to 10:30 a.m. You can drink fresh fruit juice at this time.
Half an hour later, you can eat a piece or two of fruit.
An hour later, you can eat normal (but light) food and continue eating light meals for two to three days.
Note: Drink water whenever you like except immediately after drinking the Epsom salt solution, and not within the two hours after drinking the oil and juice mixture.
