An Arab businessman kills his wife and her fetus, and the reason is unbearable

Quoting the "Sada Al-Balad" website, the victim's family reported that the husband became angry when he learned that his wife was pregnant with a girl, and that he wanted a boy.

The same source pointed out that the businessman killed his wife and then dumped her body in a desert area in the 6th of October City in Giza Governorate, and set it on fire to hide her features until the competent authorities revealed the crime and arrested him.

The victim's family had sent three reports to the police station in the area, informing them of the sudden disappearance of their daughter, and their suspicion of her husband.

The husband considered that his wife left the house and did not return, and he did not know her whereabouts. But with the progress of the investigations and the tightening of the screws on him, the husband returned and confessed to his crime, as he said that a quarrel broke out between them and that he had assaulted her by hitting her with “boxes” and because she was pregnant in the third month, she could not bear his blows and fell to the ground and as he continued to beat her, she died.

The accused said that when he was surprised by her death, he decided to dispose of her body in order to avoid detection, so he carried the body and threw it in a remote desert area. Fearing that someone would recognize his wife's face, he poured gasoline on her and set her body on fire to completely hide her features and returned to his home.
