The wife of the US Treasury Secretary, scandal and uproar on Instagram, then suddenly deletes everything

It seems that bad luck accompanies politicians, after her scandal on Instagram and accusing her of racism and supremacy, the wife of the US Treasury Secretary, Stephen Munchen, Louise Linton, apologized for inappropriate responses that did not take into account any sensitivities to a photo she posted on her personal account in the “Instagram” application.

In her comments, the Scottish actress, the roots of the Secretary of the Treasury, mocked a woman, referring to her wealth and extravagance, which she returned to apologize for and delete it from her account, but after the spread of screenshots of the image and the accompanying comments on all social networking sites, quoting CNN.

In a statement issued by a spokesperson, Linton said: "I apologize for what I posted on social media on Monday, as well as for my responses that were inappropriate and deeply insensitive."

Initially, the wife of the Secretary of the Treasury, Monday, published a picture of her on the “Instagram” website, as she was leaving the ladder of a plane during a government trip with her husband to Kentucky, and put the names of major designers on the pieces of clothing, jewelry and accessories that she was wearing.

The US Treasury Secretary was on his way to discuss tax reform with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Linton looked radiant in the photo, wearing white clothes. Among the luxury designers whose names are included in her image are Hermès, Ronald Morett, Tom Ford and Valentino.

Instagram user Jenny Miller, a mother of three from Oregon, was quick to comment: "We're happy to pay for your trip."

For her part, the wife of the Chancellor of the Exchequer could not stand the comment, and replied to Miller: “Do you think it was a private trip? Do you think the US government paid us for our honeymoon or our travel expenses?”

The Treasury Secretary had recently married his fiancée in a small ceremony attended by US President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence and their wives, along with a group of officials and friends.

Not content with this mockery, Linton continued to be proud of her family and her wealth, writing to the woman: “Do you give more to the American economy than me and my husband? I'm sure we paid more taxes than you. We sacrifice more money annually than you would if the choice were yours.”

Later, Linton deleted the photo and the comments and announced an apology
