He stated that the accused, knowing that the two young men did not have enough to pay the price of the ticket or the fine, decided to open the train door and gave them the choice between paying or presenting their identity cards to draft a report of the incident, or getting off the train, when the train passed the old Diffra station in Tanta.

The Public Prosecutor's statement said that the victim, Ahmed Samir, sustained injuries and bruises in various parts of his body, and Muhammad Eid followed him, as the latter grabbed the handle of the train door and then disappeared under it, and after that it was found that his head had separated from his body.

The Public Prosecution ordered the arrest and summons of the accused and questioned him, but he denied the accusation against him, and claimed that the train had stopped and then started running before the two victims jumped at a low speed, and that he tried to prevent them from doing so.
