Tariq Al-Arian is in trouble because of Asala and a huge fine
The Economic Court in Egypt fined director Tarek El-Erian one and a half million pounds, as compensation for the album of his ex-wife, artist Asala.
A telecom services company had filed a lawsuit against Al-Arian, due to his contract with the artist Asala's album "Interested in Details" and other singles in 2018, and he received sums of money from the company, but he refused to hand over the album to the company and sold it to another.
The company’s lawyer, Nazih Masoud, confirmed that they had submitted to the court all documents proving that he had obtained sums of money, and after referring the case to the experts, the court ruled to obligate Al-Arian, on his own behalf, to pay Qanawat 5 million Egyptian pounds, as compensation for breaching the terms of the contract. And not to deliver the artist's album, Asala, in addition to legal benefits of XNUMX percent.
