In the case of oily skin, it is recommended to mix the amount of a cup of orange juice with a few drops of rose water and a little turmeric powder, to be wiped Apply this mixture to the face, neck, hands, and legs, then leave it for an hour or more before rinsing it well. In the case of dry skin, it is recommended to mix a cup of orange juice with a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of olive oil, then gently massage the mixture on the dark areas. Leave it for 15 minutes before rinsing it well. This step must be repeated daily to get the desired results.

2- Milk and its derivatives:

The calcium in milk helps moisturize the skin and unify its natural color. It is enough to dip a clean piece of cloth in warm milk and gently rub the skin with it for a few minutes. This step can also be adopted on a daily basis for two weeks to lighten the skin of the face and body. You can also mix a tablespoon of yogurt With two teaspoons of honey, rub the mixture on the dark areas of the body, then leave it for 15 to 30 minutes before rinsing well with water. It is recommended to repeat this step several times a week to get the desired results.

3- Rice flour:
Rice flour helps moisturize the skin and protect it from the sun's rays because it contains vitamins C and E. It is recommended to mix half a cup of rice flour with liquid milk to obtain a relatively soft dough that is easy to spread on the areas of the face and body that need to lighten their color. Leave this mixture on the skin for half an hour before rinsing it off with warm water. It is recommended to adopt this mixture two or three times a week to lighten the skin and make it more radiant.

4- Tomato juice:
Tomato juice is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which helps lighten dark spots that appear on the skin. It is sufficient to mix two tablespoons of tomato juice with two tablespoons of milk or yogurt, then apply this mixture to the face and neck for a period ranging between 30 and 40 minutes, to be rinsed well with water after that, and it is recommended to repeat this step several times a week to get the desired results.

5- Cucumber slices:

Cucumber is distinguished by its superior ability to moisturize the skin due to its richness in water and vitamins. Cucumber slices are also effective in lightening the skin color. It is sufficient to apply them to dark areas of the face and body for a few minutes twice a day, then rinse them with lukewarm water to obtain clear skin. Cucumber slices can also be mashed with Fresh mint leaves and apply the mixture as a mask on the face for 15 minutes in order to cleanse the skin, treat sunburn, and whiten the skin. This mask can be used several times a week.
