Adel Karam is exhausted because of the series “Al-Hiba” and is on a break at the request of the doctor 

The Lebanese star, Adel Karam, published a video in which he appeared with a low voice, and stated that his voice was hidden from the effort of filming the series “Al-Hiba _ Al-Awda” and that the doctor asked him to take a break, and therefore he was forced not to film the week’s episode of his “House of All” program, and promised to present an episode next week.
