Are you constantly nervous? Here is a Japanese technique that helps you control your emotions and relax your entire body quickly and effectively.
All you have to do is keep your finger (pinky) pressed for a full minute and you will notice that your mood begins to improve, you can repeat the same process on the other hand as well.
Each finger is responsible for a different emotion:
The thumb is responsible for nausea
The index finger represents fear
Middle finger equals anger
The ring finger is associated with sadness
Finally, the pinky is responsible for stress
