Monsieur BOVET watch wins Watch of the Year award

The Middle East Watch of the Year Awards honored the epitome of elegance combined with the finest Swiss watchmaking expertise by awarding the award to the Monsieur Bovet watch.

The Monsieur Bovet watch is presented in a proposed convertible Amadeo case. The ingenious Amadeo system allows the watch to be transformed from a wristwatch to a pocket watch, a mirrored watch or a table watch without the use of any tool.

The watch displays on one side, off-center at 12 o'clock with the hour and minute hands, while a cage of seconds at 6 o'clock completes the vertical axis with a triple hand. The center wheel and bridge, visible at 4 o'clock, reflect the balance spring and balance lever. Finally, the power reserve indicator is at 10 o'clock.

The obverse of the watch epitomizes the classic, timeless look. A luxurious lacquered dial covers the entire surface, leaving just enough space for the seconds cage, which gives a glimpse of its Virtuoso II caliber.

This in-house caliber stands out with its dual display of the hours and minutes, along with the patented dual-axis seconds mechanism, showing the seconds on both sides of the movement with the same axis but in opposite directions of rotation. The Virtuoso II caliber offers a seven-day power reserve.
