The great love story that the late artist Ezzat Abu Auf lived was not a perfect story. It was a love full of sacrifices made by his wife, which destroyed his happiness after her death. Today, the Egyptian artist Ezzat Abu Auf, at the age of 71, after a great struggle with illness, Where he died in a hospital in Cairo, where he stayed for about a month and a half.

Seven years ago, the life of the Egyptian artist, Ezzat Abu Auf, was turned upside down, after sadness knew the way to his heart, so his health news overshadowed his artistic news.

At that time, his wife, Fatima, died after a marriage of 36 years, during which she was “everything” to her husband, and when he lost her, he found nothing to rejoice for.

At the time, the Egyptian artist was busy filming the series "The Slap", which was shown in Ramadan 2012. The shock was cut off the filming rope when the news of his wife's death came to him after a struggle with illness.

And he appeared in her condolences, losing all his strength, crying and looking for who was his life partner, so that the state of sadness and illness continued with him for a long time, so he went to more than one doctor inside and outside Egypt, but they did not find any organic deficiency, stressing that the psychological state was the cause of his diseases.

Abu Auf admitted his betrayal on one occasion to Fatima, but he stressed that this did not end their marital relationship, as his wife "contained it".

Fatima was also able to get her husband out of a long depression he entered into, after the “XNUMXM” team, which was founded by Ezzat Abu Auf, accompanied by his sisters, was dissolved, which frustrated him and increased his weight and lengthened his beard, but his wife did not make him give in to this matter and took him out of it

He also married her to another woman, and the second marriage lasted three years, but he eventually returned to the woman who bore what no one else could bear.

In the last session that Abu Auf presided over for the Cairo Film Festival, everyone watched him cry on the stage, when he noticed the chair that his wife used to sit on, but with her departure he found another person sitting in her chair and he cried.

Izzat Abu Auf kept their wedding ring, which he puts on his neck wherever he went, and he also kept his daily habit of buying a red rose for her, as he used to do so in her life, and after her death he continued to put a red rose on the pillow in the hope that it would reach her soul.

One health crisis after another went through the artist, who graduated from medical school, after the departure of his wife, who did not lose his love for her despite his marriage to Amira, his business manager in 2015.

Abu Auf admitted at the time that he needed someone to take care of him, so he did not find it embarrassing to marry his business manager, who was not jealous of his love for his late wife, who kept her photos and all their memories together.
