How do I get rid of flatulence after cesarean delivery?

It is the question that every woman has after giving birth, and it is the most frustrating and sad thing for her

After a caesarean section, the shape of the abdomen becomes a little different. Next to the birth abdomen and pregnancy, there is a fold that is located in the site of the caesarean section wound itself, which makes the shape of the abdomen as if it is divided in half, because of this wound and because of the flatulence that continues for a few weeks after birth, and until the uterus returns to its normal position Water weight and weight gain during pregnancy decrease.
First of all, do not be disturbed by the shape of your abdomen in the first weeks after birth, the doctor told me after the birth of my child that the birth belly will be removed by 80% after 40 days, and after the uterus has completely contracted, the water retained in the body and the weight of the pregnancy will be gradually removed, while the abdominal fold will need 4 : 6 months to disappear permanently with healing of the caesarean section wound and weight loss.

You will notice that after 6 months there will be no longer the abdominal crease that is common in caesarean section, and with some easy abdominal exercises such as pressure, you can get rid of the birth belly forever, in addition to some of the following tips:

Two months after giving birth, exercise for 15 minutes a day lightly, then gradually increase the time and effort.
Do not wear a corset or abdominal belt for 40 days after birth, because it harms the abdominal and pelvic muscles, and causes back pain, especially in cesarean deliveries, in addition to that it causes the uterus to fall out in some cases, when it is worn before the uterus returns to its normal position.
Do not take magat and halva to produce milk. The best diuretics are water and skim milk, as well as warm, zero-calorie drinks such as fenugreek or any herbal drinks.
Do not eat fast foods only once a week, as well as sweets, once a week is enough.
Limit or avoid stimulants if possible, and completely abstain from soft drinks.
Eat apples, artichokes, bananas, grilled liver, to prevent eating fat, sesame, shrimp and dark chocolate, “a small square every day”, lentils and dry apricots, and do not eat more than 3 fruits per day, almonds “without salt or roasting”, and spinach, all of which compensate for your loss In minerals and vitamins, especially iron.
Continue to drink water, and try to increase your drinking amount to 8 cups with a main cup at each feeding.
Drink warm drinks, and more of them, and you do not care about taking some drinks, such as: cinnamon, but be sure not to take mint and sage a lot, because they reduce milk production. Others, such as: ginger and cinnamon alone or with milk, and of course do not forget the milk.
Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables between meals and when you feel hungry, and more apples, artichokes, and all that are high in iron to compensate for the loss of blood.
