Try as much as possible to reduce salt in food, because salt causes water retention in the body, which results in bloating.

Avoid lying down immediately after a meal, to avoid food reflux into the esophagus, and over exertion, especially after breakfast.

Avoid eating sweets and fatty foods, such as frying pans and fast food, because fats remain in the digestive system for a long time and cause indigestion.

Divide meals into multiple small meals and avoid large meals.

Avoid caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, soft drinks and energy drinks.

Eating decoctions of herbs such as parsley, chamomile and ginger because it helps to get rid of indigestion and bloating
