How do you deal with a traitorous friend?

Friends are the reason enough to make us happy. True friendship is the most important and supreme human relationship, so when you trust a friend, you may feel as if you possess the most precious treasures in the world, and if you are betrayed by her, you will be exposed to a severe psychological shock. How do you deal with the negative psychological effects in case you are betrayed by someone your girlfriend?

1- At the outset and before you put yourself in the victim category, you should review yourself with all transparency and try to understand the reason that prompted her to betray you or harm you. “I beg your brother for seventy excuses.”

2- Try as much as possible to listen to her justifications and understand what caused her to harm you. Admitting a mistake is remorse and apology. Forgive me, but be careful.

3- If you do not find any justification for her bad behavior, do not collapse. These bumps are one of the most important lessons of life, and they are what make you more mature and more experienced in life.

4- Ignore her presence, ignore your memories with her, avoid discussing her issue with anyone, and do not make any retaliatory reaction.

5- Make her regret, and that only happens by treating you well, even in the distance. Maintaining the relationship, friendship, and secrets between you reflects your good morals, and this is what will make her regret what she lost.

6- Learn from your shock a lesson for subsequent relationships, which is not to tell a new friend what happened to you in your old friendship in order to avoid making the same mistake again.
