How to stop negative thinking

How to stop negative thinking

1- Do not assume that you are always wrong: do not blame yourself, do not blame yourself if you are not wrong, and do not make excuses for the other party to blame yourself

2- Not everything you feel is true: it is not necessary that your bad feeling about something is true, such as feeling lonely sometimes even though you are not

3- Throw away your negative thoughts: Writing negative thoughts on a piece of paper and then throwing them away helps focus on the positives of things, according to a study conducted at Ohio University.

4- Avoid generalizing: Don't always use the phrase just because you had a bad accident one day

5- Do not underestimate yourself: do not portray yourself in the wrong way and describe yourself in terms of failure

6- Do not expect negative results: do not expect the worst and be optimistic even if what you want does not happen
