How can we cure our diseases by our own will?

If you suffer from a disease and constantly think and talk about it to people. It will increase the number of sick cells.
People talk about their illness when they get sick all the time, because they think about it all the time.
That is, they translate their thoughts into words and do them, if you are not feeling well, do not talk about it, unless you want more of it.
Focusing your brain cells on your disease will produce more viruses that will cause fatigue and illness
When you feel that you are mentally or physically tired, a state of illness, fatigue and depression permeates you to make yourself feel like a magnet and attract negative energy loaded with fatigue and more diseases and psychological fatigue

Always say "I'm great, I feel so good" and you really feel it.
Learn to utter the words that represent an ideal situation that you wish for yourself and thank God for that.
The most important thing is to always feel your ability to achieve what you think and with this thinking you will summon it to you
Just as your listening to people who are very complaining about their diseases calls for disease, when you listen to them with all your attention and concentration, as if you are pulling the disease to you and inviting it to be embodied in you.
Do not think that by listening to them you are helping them, but you are adding to their illness strength and aggravation. Do not remind him of his pain, but you have to change his thinking and make him positive. Make him think about his health and that he has to recover quickly to do all the work he loves.
And this is what the Messenger (peace be upon him) recommended in the noble hadith:
He, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: (If you attend the sick, say good, for the angels believe in what you say) Narrated by Muslim.
