How to compensate for vitamin B12 deficiency?

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that helps maintain the health of the body's nerves and blood cells, and helps in the formation of DNA, the genetic material in all cells, and is absorbed by the body through food intake.

Vitamin B12 deficiency is one of the most common diseases, and the most vulnerable people are vegetarians
The reason for this is that B12 is abundant in meat and animal products, and in the event of a deficiency of this vitamin, a person may suffer from:
1- Nerve damage
2- Weakness and fatigue
3- Tingling hands and feet
4 - numbness
5 - blurred vision
6- Oral ulcers and inflammation of the tongue

How to compensate for this deficiency, especially in vegetarians?

Vegetarians should go to some foods that support their diet, and on top of these foods, we can mention whole grains that contain a percentage of vitamin B12, and it is possible to rely on daily meals of oats, yeast grains, fortified vegetable milk, meat substitutes (soybeans).
